Captured in 1978, this historic photograph shows Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officer John D. Snyder, MD, MPH, a member of the EIS Class of 1978. After completing the EIS program, Dr. Snyder remained at CDC, where he served in the Nutrition Activity, Division of Nutrition, Center for Prevention Services.
