Captured in 1978, this historic photograph shows Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officer Albert C. England III, MD, a member of the EIS Class of 1978. Following completion of the EIS program, Dr. England became an infectious disease specialist and Professor of Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
