Captured in 1978, this historic photograph shows Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officer Donald R. Graham, MD, a member of the EIS Class of 1978. Following his EIS service, Dr. Graham continued his career as an infectious disease specialist with Springfield Clinic in Springfield, Illinois, where his work included infectious disease research, outbreak investigations, and antimicrobial therapy.
