This historic 1976 photograph was captured in the streets of Tecpan, Guatemala after a devastating earthquake struck the region. The image revealed some of the deadly destruction that befell the city due to the quake, which registered 7.5 on the Richter scale, killed over 23,000, and left over a million people homeless.
