Caption:
This image depicts a close view of a patient’s penis, highlighting the presence of numerous papular lesions referred to as penile milia, and more commonly known as white heads. Milia are due to clogged sebaceous glands located in the skin, resulting in the formation of small, usually multiple sebaceous cysts that look like small, light colored bumps. The glands are clogged by keratinized debris consisting of dead skin cells that are sloughed normally on a daily basis.
