Provided by the Center for Disease Control's (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), this historic image depicted an exhibit produced by the National Institute of Health (NIH), Division of Industrial Hygiene entitled, “Sick Absenteeism Recording” which was being displayed at an American Medical Association (AMA) June, 1940 New York meeting.
