Here we see a woman in a kitchen setting, photographed in the process of preparing a number of washed red bell peppers, atop a clean glass cutting board. The colander on the left contained some cleaned produce, including a lemon, some lettuce, and an orange bell pepper. It is very important to prepare foods in as clean an environment as possible, thereby, minimizing the possibility of introducing foodborne contaminants into the food preparation process.
