Here we see the hands of a cook in the process of cutting some newly purchased, deboned chicken breast meat, atop a glass cutting board, which was set on a kitchen sink countertop, just prior to adding various seasonings. The food preparation area, and the cook’s hands and knife, were all washed before beginning the food preparation process.
