This image depicts a woman in her kitchen, as she was in the process of preparing fresh vegetables for her meal. At this point of the process, she was slicing a thoroughly washed carrot (see PHIL 13603) atop a clean cutting board. Note that her sink’s counter top area was sanitary, and clutter-free. The glass bowl in the background already contained prepared broccoli and lettuce. It is very important to prepare foods in as clean environment as possible, thereby, minimizing the possibility of introducing foodborne contaminants into the food preparation process.
