This image depicts an industrial thermometer, which would make a terrific addition to anyone’s kitchen, for it is in the kitchen that the adherence to properly maintained temperature levels, is critical to the minimization of foodborne illness propagation. The inner numbered gradations measure temperature in degrees Centigrade (oC), and the outer gradated tic marks, measure temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (oF). At this angle, it appeared that the thermometer was reading a temperature of 24oC/74oF.
