The man pictured here, had parked his automobile, and was maneuvering his collapsible wheelchair, which he was about to place outside the vehicle, in order to facilitate his disembarkation. Note that this car was equipped with a steering equipped with a manual braking and acceleration knob. See PHIL 13919 through 13931, to see how this process played out, ending with the complete assemblage of the chair, and this man maneuvering himself comfortably into its seat.
