ID#: 13930
Caption:
The man pictured here, had parked his automobile in a handicapped spot, then had assembled his collapsible wheelchair, and maneuvered his body into the wheelchair’s seat. Note that in PHIL 13919, this car was equipped with a steering wheel located, manual braking and acceleration knob. See PHIL 13919 through 13931 to see how this process played out, ending with the complete assemblage of the chair, and this man maneuvering himself comfortably into its seat. Also important, is the designated, No Parking, yellow striped area, adjacent to the parked car, allowing visitors like this man, to maneuver unencumbered into, and out of a vehicle.
