The man and woman pictured here, were inside one of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) campus fitness centers, where a number of scheduled group classes, are provided for employees’ health and enjoyment. In this particular scenario, the two were participants in a Yoga class, had assumed the Cobra pose, which stretches the abdominal muscles, while flexing the spinal, and triceps muscles, resulting in a modified push-up position.
