The man and woman pictured here, were inside one of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) campus fitness centers, where a number of scheduled group classes, are provided for employees’ health and enjoyment. In this particular scenario, the two were participants in a Yoga class, having assumed the Bound Angle pose, or Baddha Ko?asana, stretching the groin muscles, shoulder muscles, and the tendons of the knee joint. The soles of the feet are touching, and the hands grasp the feet, while the elbows push outward against the inside of the knees.
