This woman was standing in a Georgia field while she was warming up, prior to her vigorous exercise routine, and had assumed a quadriceps stretching position, whereupon, she’d bent her left knee, and with her left hand, had grasped her left foot, pulling the foot upward, and towards her thigh. Her upper body was straight in posture, right hand on right hip. Hopefully, she’d applied sunscreen to her sun-exposed skin, and had packed some fresh drinking water to avoid dehydration.
