Caption:
This young man was honing his football skills, during a practice session on a bright sunny Georgia day. Wearing shoulder pads beneath his lightweight jersey, a protective football helmet, dark-colored shorts, and footwear specially designed for this kind of activity, this athlete needed to keep in mind his fluid requirements, which he’d need to maintain in order to avoid possible dehydration, as well as the proper use of sunscreen.
