These hazardous materials (Hazmat) workers were clad in the personal protective equipment (PPE) in order to guard against contamination from the toxic waste material they were in the process of removing from this industrial site. Note that they were both covered from head to toe in their yellow colored suits, including their faces, which were shielded by plastic visors, and black gloves covered their hands.
