This 1965 image depicted what was an example of appropriate refuse storage prior to pick-up, by an authorized Trenton, New Jersey waste management service. In this particular case, an approved, industrial, metal dumpster, was used to store the refuse produced by the businesses in the immediate vicinity, which included a courthouse.
