Created on September 10, 2012, this photograph was captured in the Hout Bay Harbour Community Health Clinic, located in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, and depicted a healthcare provider, whose job it is to provide integrated treatment to HIV and tuberculosis (TB) patients. Over time, the young children whom she had treated, created the whimsical drawings that had been posted on the walls of this treatment unit.
