As indicated by the small blue and white road sign, this September 2012 photograph, was captured just outside the Hout Bay Harbour Community Health Clinic, located in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, at the intersection of the Clinic’s main entrance road with Karbonkel Road. Owned and funded by the Western Cape Government, Department of Health, the Clinic is primarily involved in providing HIV, AIDS and TB-related treatment, care and support services to its patients.
