This image depicted a right lateral view of a Nigerian man’s torso, revealing an extreme scrotal swelling, due to a condition known as a hydrocele. The patient also sustained an ipsilateral inguinal hernia, which probably gave rise to this condition. See PHIL 20246, for an anterior view of this same patient’s condition.
