This image depicts a close, intraoral view of a Nigerian patient’s mouth. The patient presented with an intraoral neoplasm located in the palatal region of the oral cavity. Histologic analysis showed this to be a recurrent, mixed salivary tumor, also referred to as a pleomorphic adenoma.
