This Nigerian patient presented with a neoplasm located on the right side of her face, causing an asymmetric swelling of her right cheek, and bulging of her right eyeball. Histologic analysis showed this lesion to be a mixed salivary tumor, also referred to as a pleomorphic adenoma.
