Caption:
Under a magnification of 80X, this photomicrograph revealed histopathologic details exhibited by a tissue sample, that had been extracted from the eye of a female lymphoma patient with a cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. It is important to note the presence of intracellular inclusions, both nuclear and cytoplasmic, as well as cytoplasmic and nuclear enlargement. Also very important, was an area of progressing retinal detachment.
