Under a magnification of 900X, and processed using Feulgen stain, this photomicrograph revealed the findings exhibited in a cell culture specimen, composed of human diploid fibroblasts, infected with the cytomegalovirus, highlighting the presence of cytomegalic intracytoplasmic, and intranuclear inclusion bodies within the infected fibroblasts.
