This image depicted a volar view of a patient’s left forearm, highlighting a crop of papular lesions, which had resulted when this person’s arm came into contact with the urticating hairs of a Automeris sp. larva. The case took place in Monte Verde, in the province on Puntarenas, Costa Rica, in July 1964.
