This photograph shows a left anterior-oblique (AO) view of the head, neck, and torso of a 6-month-old female infant born with a chromosomal anomaly known as E syndrome (Trisomy 17-18). The infant presented with cleft lip and palate, a congenital heart defect resulting in cyanosis, a webbed neck, low-set ears, micrognathia, overlapping of the second and fifth fingers, a small pelvis, and a short sternum.
