This image shows a lateral view of a patient’s left arm and upper back demonstrating erythematous cutaneous lesions consistent with erythema nodosum. These reactive inflammatory lesions developed in association with coccidioidomycosis, a fungal infection caused by organisms of the genus Coccidioides.
