This image depicts a left anterior oblique (AO) view of a 1-week-old female infant lying on a bed in a clinical setting. The infant presents with multiple congenital anomalies consistent with E syndrome (trisomy 17–18), although chromosomal studies had not yet been performed at the time of imaging. See PHIL 23974, 23975, and 23976 for additional views of this infant’s condition, including the characteristic hand deformity involving overriding of the second and fifth fingers.
