This image depicts a left anterior inferior (AI) view of a 1-week-old female infant lying on a bed in a clinical setting. The infant presents with multiple congenital anomalies consistent with E syndrome (trisomy 17–18), although chromosomal studies had not yet been performed at the time of imaging. See PHIL 23973, 23974, and 23975 for additional views of this infant’s condition. Note the characteristic hand deformity involving overriding of the second and fifth fingers.
