This image shows an anterior view of an infant’s face and right hand, highlighting a rash characterized by bullous and crusted lesions consistent with epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a genetic disorder that predisposes affected individuals to blistering of the skin and mucous membranes. This is the same patient, at an earlier date, whose right hand is also depicted in PHIL 23689.
