This image shows a close view of the perineal region of a male newborn, highlighting the genitalia and anus. The infant’s congenital anomalies included persistent cloaca, hypospadias, a bifid scrotum, a perineal hernia, an umbilical hernia, bilateral hydroureters, and right hydronephrosis.
