This image shows a right anterior-oblique view of a child’s head, neck, and chest, highlighting a macular rash initially suspected to represent Rocky Mountain spotted fever but subsequently identified as rubella (German measles). See PHIL 22141 through 22147 for additional views of this patient’s condition and his sister, who was also affected.
