This image presents a left anterior-oblique view of a man’s face and neck, highlighting multiple erythematous, plaque-like cutaneous lesions involving the forehead and periorbital regions, left cheek and nasolabial region, chin, and mandibular and cervical regions. The lesions on the chin and neck appear more nodular than the others. The condition was diagnosed as paracoccidioidomycosis, caused by fungi of the genus Paracoccidioides.
