This 2019 photograph depicted the hospital chapel at Hospital Dr. Roberto Suazo Cordova, in La Paz, Honduras. The hospital had received so many seriously ill dengue patients that every available space had been converted into an overflow ward, including this chapel. Note the colorful mosquito nets under which the patients were lying. Not to protect them from further bites so much, but to prevent mosquitoes from acquiring dengue from those patients and then spreading it to others.
