This image shows the hands of the same 4-year-old patient depicted in PHIL 25028, 25029, and 25031. The child presented with right-sided hemihypertrophy and a diffuse cutaneous hemangioma over his torso. The right hand appears markedly larger than the left, and vascular involvement is visible over the distal arms and hands. The child’s father also exhibited right-sided hemihypertrophy.
