Caption: This image depicts an anterior view of a child’s torso and lower extremities demonstrating findings consistent with Donohue syndrome, formerly referred to as leprechaunism, a rare autosomal recessive disorder. Clinical features may include thickened skin, hyperpigmentation, and characteristic genital enlargement.
