This image depicts an anterior view of a female patient’s torso. With the breasts lifted upward, exposing the upper abdomen and inferior surfaces of each breast, the patient presented with an erythematous rash in the intertriginous region beneath the breasts. The rash, diagnosed as candidiasis (moniliasis), was caused by the fungal organism Candida albicans.
