This radiograph features an anteroposterior (AP) view of a patient’s chest, and highlighted the presence of an elevated right hemidiaphragm, which had been caused by a hepatic amebic abscess, that had lifted the diaphragm, thereby, reducing the right thoracic pulmonary volume.
