This posteroanterior (PA) chest X-ray demonstrates a rare fungal lung mass characterized as an aspergilloma caused by the fungal organism Aspergillus flavus. The patient, from Grady Hospital in Georgia, also presented with an atypical form of the congenital anomaly known as Tetralogy of Fallot.
