This image depicted a close frontal view of a Petri dish culture plate that contained an unidentified growth medium, which was inoculated with the bacterial organism, Actinomyces naeslundii, designated strain #3646. After undergoing an unidentified incubation period, these four smooth form colonies, and single rough form colony had been cultivated.
