Under a magnification of 593.75X, this photomicrograph of a skin scraping tissue sample highlighted the presence of a mosaic-like artifact that resembled a mycelial filament. The image was captured during a ringworm study. See PHIL 27963 and 27964, for another two views of this artifact under lesser magnifications.
