This image depicts a gross specimen of the left upper lobe from the lung of a 21-year-old male demonstrating a multilobulated granulomatous pulmonary mass. Subsequent histopathologic evaluation identified yeast forms of Cryptococcus neoformans, confirming pulmonary cryptococcosis.
