This photographic montage of 12 images highlights the results of a leptospiral macroscopic slide agglutination test, demonstrating both negative and positive reactions. Agglutination is recorded as positive (+) when definite clumping occurs, doubtful (±) when only slight clumping is observed, and negative (-) when the serum-antigen mixture remains evenly suspended. See PHIL 26294 for additional examples of positive versus negative results.
