This photograph depicted a reverse view of a Petri dish culture plate, which had contained an unidentified growth medium, that had been inoculated with the fungal organism, Microsporum vanbreuseghemii, designated strain VM191, which had been isolated from an Indian giant squirrel, or Malabar giant squirrel, Ratufa indica.
