This radiograph depicts a left lateral view of a patient’s elbow joints, highlighting the pathologic changes due to a case of coccidioidomycosis, caused by a fungal organism of the genus, Coccidioides. Specifically noted, was the ensuing disease process affecting the medial epicondyle of the right humerus, known as osteoid proliferation.
