This radiograph depicts an anterior view of a patient’s elbow joints, highlighting the pathologic changes due to a case of coccidioidomycosis, caused by a fungal organism of the genus, Coccidioides. Note how the ensuing disease process had affected the left ulna at its midshaft region, and the right humerus in its middle and distal third.
