This was an anterior abdominopelvic x-ray using renal contrast, which highlighted the abnormalities exhibited by right kidney, ureter, and urinary bladder, in a case of tuberculosis. Note the extreme hydronephrotic distention produced by the renal pelvis, and the entire right ureter all the way to the ureterovesical junction (UVJ). All probably due to a stricture of the distal ureter due to the scarification within the pelvis, enwrapping the ureter, and preventing urine from entering the urinary bladder.
