This image depicts a right oblique view of a patient’s left leg, highlighting large nodular lesions over the distal leg, ankle, and foot. Known as Lobo’s disease, or lobomycosis, this condition is caused by the fungal organism Lacazia loboi, formerly referred to as Loboa loboi.
