At 40X magnification, this photomicrograph of a biopsied section of rabbit skin shows an epidermal abscess that developed 48 hours after intradermal injection of DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) vaccine. The tissue section was processed using hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining.
